Bill Roth
Heather graduated from Principia College with a degree in Elementary Education and Environmental Science. With a love of the outdoors she and her husband Andrew made their way to Summit County. Heather began her Real Estate career as a Real Estate Assistant. Realizing how much she missed teaching she took a job at the local middle school and pursued Real Estate in her free time. She and her husband have just completed construction of a custom home while raising their little girl. Her knowledge of the county the building process and local school system make her the agent to help you find your next home.
Erin Boeding Erin was born and raised in Denver and is a 4th generation Colorado Native. With his vast knowledge of the city, Erin began his real estate career selling in Denver and the surrounding metro area. His love of snow boarding and the great outdoors brought him further west to the Georgetown area where he’s been able to pursue his other passion, home renovation. Erin’s most recent accomplishment was the complete restoration of a Historic Silver Plume Home built in 1884. From trendy City Lofts to secluded Mountain Retreats, Erin will find you that perfect property.
Sandi has been a part of the Vail community for the last 35 years. She
knows many of Vail's local celebrities and its rich history that
together, make it a charming destination resort. Sandi specializes in
second home sales and investment properties with extensive leasing
